Beautiful, large, pale pink semi-double flowers appear in profusion on this perennial in autumn.

A bold plant, it is great for adding late season colour into the middle of a herbaceous or mixed border, where it will cheerfully form large clumps. Prior to flowering, its glossy dark green foliage also offers interesting texture and acts as a foil for other plants. It thrives in a reasonable soil with full sun, but will also flourish in a semi-shaded position.
