Grown as a large shrub or small tree, this deciduous cornus produces an abundance of small yellow flowers on bare stems in early spring and, once established, will produce masses of vivid-red berries from midsummer onwards. These are extremely popular with wildlife and can also be used with other fruit to make jams or other preserves. Cornus mas ‘Jolico’ is a worthy winner of an RHS Award of Garden Merit. Height & Spread: 5m (16′).
