Hellebore ‘Silver Star’

Pale, apple-green, star-shaped flowers will sparkle in the depths of winter, when most of the garden is dormant. The silvery-green foliage makes the perfect backdrop, with sharply-toothed edges and prominent silver veining. Hellebore ‘Silver Star’ is a glamorous evergreen perennial that makes a charming patio plant for winter interest. In wildlife gardens it provides a valuable source of nectar for early-emerging insects, and is always a welcome addition to woodland gardens and shaded borders. Height and spread: 50cm (20″).
