Sprays of white, fragrant blooms smother the evergreen foliage of this Candytuft. Iberis sempervirens thrives in poor soils making this RHS AGM variety particularly useful for ground cover in rockeries and on top of walls. This shrubby perennial is equally at home in the front of borders where it will attract beneficial insects to its scented flowers. Height: 30cm (12″). Spread: 50cm (20″).
Culinary note: Both the leaves and flowers of candytuft can be eaten raw and have a taste similar to that of a sweet broccoli. For more details about edible flowers click here.
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
