Miscanthus ‘Indian Summer’

A fantastic way to introduce late-season colour, height and structure to a mixed border or gravel garden, Miscanthus ‘Indian Summer’ is tall, fast growing and incredibly low maintenance with wonderful bronze hue. This resilient and sturdy ornamental grass puts on a great show with very little fuss. Upright stems rise above the dusky orange leaves and are topped with plumes of soft feathery flowers which look beautiful in the autumn sun. Give it a sunny position in a free-draining soil and it will reward you with an impressive display from late summer, right through autumn and into winter each year. Height: 1.5m (5’).
