Nymphoides Peltata (Deep Water Aquatic)

Nymphoides peltata is a charming deep water aquatic. From June to August a profusion of fringed, golden yellow flowers punctuates the floating raft of heart shaped foliage on long, upright stems. Commonly known as Yellow Floating Heart, this British native has a fast growth rate, making it a useful pioneer plant in new ponds while slower plants become established. Height and spread: 50cm (20″). Planting depth: Zones 3 & 4 to 50cm (20″) below water level.
