Pennisetum Viridescens

Fountain Grasses will always add a certain elegance to any garden, large or small. The evergreen leaves arch gracefully back to allow the tall stems of the flower heads to push upwards. Atop each stem appear long, feathery plumes, each flushed with black, which will catch the wind and add movement to your display, or, if standing still will be an interesting and delicate architectural plant. Very easy to grow, Pennisetum viridescens, require very little looking after and can be used either as a specimen plant or as part of a grasses collection. Height: 100cm (39″). Spread: 100cm (39″).
