The attractive foliage of Sagittaria latifolia makes a pleasing sight as it emerges from the water’s surface; its arrow-shaped leaves casting long reflections. This clump forming perennial bears upright stems of dainty, white, three-petalled blooms from June to August. Commonly known as Wapato, this handsome hardy perennial makes a fine marginal plant for ornamental ponds. Height: 90cm (36″). Spread: 30cm (12″). Planting depth: Zones 1 and 2 to 15cm (5″) below water level.
