Scabious Caucasica Var. Alba

An excellent choice for a wildlife garden, this hardy perennial is a magnet for Butterflies and pollinating insects. Scabious caucasica var. alba is a white form of the traditional Pincushion flower that is so often found in cottage garden planting schemes. The large white blooms are produced on wiry stems that make excellent cut flowers. Plant Scabious in large groups to produce a lovely billowing effect in the middle of sunny borders. Height: 60cm (24″). Spread: 45cm (18″).
